This fine sparkling wine was created from select parcels of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from across premium vineyards of South Eastern Australia … also blended across several vintages with the desired result of a finely structured wine with its own distinctive Australian champenoise style.

Pale almond straw with a fine mousse of bubbles. Rain dancing on an outback waterfall.

Biscuity Pinot Noir mingling with Chardonnay’s Toasted Cashew Bouquet

Palate
Smooth and creamy, luscious summer strawberry flavours, crisp bubbles and an elegant dry finish.

Aging
Enjoy now. Bottle fermented. Aged on lees prior to disgorging to capture a balanced complexity of a citrusy bouquet and length of flavour.
